you could kill a man in any of these dresses, and pretty sure no jury would convict you. those are killing-men dresses, that’s what i’m saying

Anonymous said: hi! i haven't read the books, but i'm curious as to how that whole jaime x cersei scene went down as opposed to what happened in the show. i just never thought jaime would force himself on cersei i felt like he actually respected her and wouldn't do that to her and i'm just wondering if that actually happened in the books or if D&D were being gross and using it as a plot device.

#got spoilers, #tw: rape

dudeeeeeee you are 10000% right

the thing is, d&d have both killed the cersei x jaime relationship and the jaime character/char development with a 30 secs scene LOL CONGRATS ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED.

in the books, jaime only arrives in kl after the purple wedding. so the altar scene is the first time they see each other since jaime’s capture.

and its a very intense, beautiful scene, that represent the cersei x jaime relationship. is consensual, VERY, and the only thing that ruins it is jaime’s typical “marry me cersei” also jaime is like “ok this was just a son we can make another son cersei!!!!!!!”

but yeah it was def used as a plot device and d&d suck and are terrible

Omg! There’s a rape scene in the series between them? I love Jaime’s character development in A Feast For Crows wow what could they possibly gain from that?

do you ever feel like there’s just so many pretty girls but most dudes are just subpar like there are radiant goddesses everywhere and just piles and piles of guys in backwards baseball caps and sandals
